Operation method of air feed sprayer

The skillful use of wind driven sprayer is a very important step in production and life. It is also a key factor to ensure safety. Next, we will focus on two ways of operation of the wind driven sprayer.

1. Manual operation

(1) Connect 380V mains power with cable to the electric control device of the equipment, and then connect the equipment water inlet and water supply pipeline with water pipe.

(2) press the control button to start the high-pressure fan. After 10s, the high pressure water supply device is automatically started. After the high-pressure water is passed through the anti rust and anti blocking double layer spray device, small water mist droplets are formed. After high pressure air flow, spray to the designated place dustfall.

(3) Press the control button to control the expansion and contraction of the micro electro-hydraulic push rod, so as to drive the energy-saving air duct to pitch up and down.

(4) Press the control button to start the horizontal rotating power unit, drive the U-shaped support and energy-saving air duct to rotate 360 ° through gear transmission, and adjust the angle through the counter.

2. Automatic control

Automatic control adopts computer program control. The hardware control module is used to connect the equipment with the calculation through the network, and then connected with the hardware module of the equipment through the specially written software program (such as Kingview, PLC and other control programs), and then the equipment can be monitored and operated in real time by operating the corresponding software buttons on the computer.
